The Army Corps of Engineers (Tulsa District) used MMFX 2 in the entire bridge structure (excluding precast elements) of the Lake Tenkiller Spillway Channel Bridge. Vian, OK–Sequoya Co. State Hwy over the Illinois River.
	Bayonne Local Redevelopment Authority (BLRA) used MMFX in pier piles, caps, and deck on the Bayonne, NJ Military Ocean Terminal Redevelopment.
Florida Department of Transportation chose MMFX for the top and bottom mat of the Causeway Bridge over the Intercoastal Waterway in Jensen Beach, FL.
	MMFX was used in the U.S. 20 bridge deck over South Beaver Creek in Grundy County, Cedar Hills, Iowa.
The floating ferry boat dock reinforcement in Port Orchard, WA Intermodal Terminal was constructed with MMFX.
	MMFX was used in the top and bottom mat of bridge deck and curbs of Province Highway 10 over East Favel River in Swan River, Manitoba, Canada.
The entire bridge structure of US 64 over the Gobernador Arroyo River in New Mexico features MMFX, including the deck (100 ksi ductile failure design).
	The Sacramento Regional Transit District chose MMFX for Folsom, California's Light Rail Bridge over Alde Creek including girders, abutments, and columns (100 ksi design).
Potter County in Amarillo, TX used MMFX in the columns, abutments, caps, top & bottom mat & parapets for the Washington St. Underpass I-40.
	US Navy (Naval Facilities Engineering Command) used MMFX 2 throughout the Modular Hybrid Pier in San Diego, CA.
Washington Department of Transportation used MMFX 1.5" diameter by 18" pavement dowels in Richland's SR 240-I-182 to Colombia Center Interchange.
	Ameristar Casino in St. Charles, MO used MMFX for cast-in-place and precast for their elevated pool deck.
CABI Developers chose MMFX for the mat foundations in their Everglades on the Bay Condominiums, a 49-floor condominium in Miami, FL. Using the higher strength of MMFX allowed the project to be built with less steel and a reduction in mat thickness.
	The California Academy of Sciences Steinhart Aquarium selected MMFX for their building foundation and tank reinforcement.
The 21-floor Mustique Condominiums in Gulf Shores, AL used MMFX for the columns – stairway and elevator shafts.
	The Kingswood Retail Center in Brooklyn, NY is a three-story 140,000 sq ft new retail and office mixed-use development. Due to the high water-table, the engineer specified 100 ksi MMFX in the foundation and basement walls.
MMFX was chosen for the tank reinforcement of the Seawater Lagoon Dolphin Tank at Marineland in St. Augustine, FL.
	The Tides is a 51-floor condominium in Chicago, IL that used MMFX for the beams.
MMFX is used in the load transfer beams of the 60-floor hotel/casino MGM Mirage in Las Vegas, NV.
	A private, coastal residence in Malibu, CA used 100 ksi design MMFX for its building drilled pile foundations.
MMFX was used in the building foundations, slabs, retaining walls, and columns for a 4-story coastal residence in Pebble Beach, CA.
